Davante Adams Trashes 'Miserable' NFL Team For Having The 'Worst' Fanbase

Some NFL fanbases have a reputation for being the "worst" fans in the league. The first fanbases you think about with this list are the big teams: the Dallas Cowboys, the Kansas City Chiefs, or the Philadelphia Eagles. These are the teams commonly associated with 'bad fans'.
However, Las Vegas Raiders star Davante Adams has a different fanbase in mind for the worst fanbase. In his appearance on the YouTube show "Hot Ones" with Amon-Ra St. Brown, Adams selected the Washington Commanders as the worst fanbase.
“The Washington Football Team, they obviously just miserable because the stadium is horrible, the city is not great at all,” Adams said.
Adams does rattle off a few teams before singling out the Commanders. He mentions the Eagles, the New England Patriots, and the Bills, the latter of whom he called "disrespectful" for their snowball-throwing antics.
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams (17) scores a touchdown against Washington Football Team cornerback Danny Johnson (36) an cornerback Bobby McCain (20) in the first quarter during their football game Sunday, October 24, 2021, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis.

However, that was rather tame compared to what he said about the Commanders. He is right about the stadium's awful state: due to the poor conditions, there have been multiple accidents in FedEx Field. But still, that's a harsh statement against a team that Adams has virtually no connections to.
Adams and St. Brown were both featured on the latest Netflix show "Receivers," hence their participation in "Hot Ones" together. Notably, Adams went viral after some footage from the show showed his visible frustration with the Raiders.
The Commanders and the Raiders will not face each other this season, so Adams won't have a chance to face the fans, unfortunately.
