VSP: One dead in Augusta County crash involving motorcycle and vehicle

DOOMS — Virginia State Police said one person is dead following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Augusta County.

Police said the crash involved a motorcycle, and said it took place at about 6:30 a.m. in the 700 block of U.S 340.

The fatality remains under investigation.
