First EA Sports released “College Football 25” and now the release of “Madden 25” is on the horizon slated for an August release.
With its debut for the 2024 NFL season, football fans will be eager to see how their team’s respective NFL players fared in the "Madden 25" ratings.
EA Sports released rankings for the first two position groups – wide receivers and safeties – on Tuesday and with it the debates can begin.
There will be no controversy for the Browns players who ranks highly at the wide out position – there exists little doubt as to why the team reworked Amari Cooper’s contract to ensure he arrived at the Greenbrier for training camp without holding out.
Cooper, the most reliable set of hands and most productive wide receiver in the Browns corps, receives an overall rating of 90 in “Madden 25,” good enough for a top 10 ranking, tying the Chicago Bears’ Keenan Allen.
Last season, he caught 72 passes for 1,250 yards and five scores. In two seasons with the Browns, his numbers total 150 catches for 2410 yards and 14 scores.

'Madden 25' release date
"Madden 25" will be released on gaming consoles on Aug. 13 for those who pre-ordered the deluxe edition. The standard edition of the game will come out on Aug. 16.
