Old videos of MrBeast making racist remarks cause uproar amid Ava Kris Tyson scandal

YouTube megastar MrBeast is in hot water over allegations of making racist remarks following the emergence of past videos on social media .

The contentious clips , now circulating on X, what was once known as Twitter, have prompted claims the footage dates back to 2017. In said videos , MrBeast, legally named Jimmy Donaldson, seems to be seen engaging with comments that discuss trading black people.

MrBeast can be heard reading a viewer's message stating: "Selling n-word for $400 money." To which he counters: "The most I would pay is like 300. Sorry, 400 is just out of my price range for that type of stuff."

Subsequently, another fan's comment filled with uses of the n-word catches his attention. He reacts: "No more, no, boys - no more typing the n-word in chat. No more cursing," but continues to read out a different fan's quip: "Selling 10 n-word for $69 each."

Chuckling, MrBeast replies: "That's a steep price. I don't think you're going to get any sales. I'm kidding."

Requests for reaction were sent to Mr Beast's spokesperson by The Mirror US. This controversy has arisen not long after Ava Kris Tyson, MrBeast's one-time sidekick, faced suspicions of inappropriate interactions with a minor.

Tyson allegedly maintained "years of dialogue with the aficionado on public web platforms" prior to an in-person encounter when the youngster turned 16. Both Tyson and the implicated party have dismissed the accusations.

MrBeast has come forward to address the serious allegations against Ava Tyson , stating his firm stance against the reported misconduct. On the social media platform X, previously known as Twitter, he expressed his shock and disapproval: "Over the last few days, I've become aware of the serious allegations of Ava Tyson's behavior online and I am disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts."

He continued by outlining the steps he's taking: "During that time, I have been focused on hiring an independent third party to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure I have all the facts. That said, I've seen enough online and taken immediate action to remove Ava from the company, my channel, and any association with MrBeast."

MrBeast further clarified his position: "I do not condone or support any of the inappropriate actions. I will allow the independent investigators the necessary time to conduct a comprehensive investigation and will take any further actions based on their findings."
