The Arizona Cardinals have suffered their first injury of training camp. On Tuesday, starting center Hjalte Froholdt left practice appearing to have injured his knee.

According to multiple reporters attending, during 11-on-11 work, Froholdt went down and was holding his knee. He left the field on his own but did not return to practice.

It appears not to have been serious. Cards Wire’s Howard Balzer learned that Froholdt will “be okay,” while PHNX’s Craig Morgan saw Froholdt walking out of the stadium fine on his known without anything on his leg — no brace, no wrap, no sleeve.

The Cardinals have an off day on Wednesday, so we will see if he misses any more practice time.

In his absence, Evan Brown moved over from left guard to get reps at center with the first-team offense and rookie Isaiah Adams, drafted in the third round in April, replaced Brown at left guard, giving him first-team reps for what appeared to be the first time in camp.
