Comedian, actor, and cultural anthropologist Druski decided to dive into his music bag today, releasing “No More Social Media” with South London rapper Kairo Keyz. Druski and Kairo trade menacing bars over a foreboding beat crafted by the producer Muddy. While Druski is known for jokes, he sounds like he’s taking his craft dead seriously on “No More Social Media,” rhyming “I speak truth, I don’t need no Bluetooth speaker. We play outside, we got the inside, pigs dem picking up ruggers.”

Kairo follows up by shouting out Ugliest Rapper Alive, the winner of the first season of Druski’s Coulda Been House . “I can’t be the ugliest rapper alive, I just put 10 (thousand) on my dental,” he rhymes. The track follows Druski’s debut song “Standin On Bihness,” featuring Snoop Dogg and DJ Drama, and shows off another layer of his talent. Even when he’s doing skits, his genius isn’t just in the punchline, but in the true-to-life subtleties that demonstrate the attentiveness of his satirical eye. He’s translated that knack to music, with an impressively cogent recitation of a popular cadence in the U.K. rap community.

Druski’s new song arrives after he teased the London edition of his Coulda Been auditions on Instagram. Druski also recently announced his first-ever comedy and music festival called Coulda Fest, set to take place on Sept. 7 at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. The event will feature live comedy sketches and music performances from 21 Savage, Kai Cenat, Soulja Boy, Waka Flocka Flame, and more.

The music video for “No More Social Media” premieres on July 31st at 4 p.m.
