Inspector Notes: Observed small reach-in cooler under hot fudge storage not capable of maintaining 41F or less. All food product within ranged from 46F-52F. Observed pulled pork, chili and sour cream stored in tall double-door reach-in cooler near back of building not holding safe temperatures of 41F or below. Observed boxes of soda stored on the floor underneath tall reach-in coolers. Observed towels lining the bottom of the reach-in freezer. Observed towel lining a shelf near prep top cooler.
