Bold and the Beautiful fans slam 'dumb' Bill after Poppy's life-shattering confession

Bold and the Beautiful fans were confused as to how Bill could be so forgiving .

On the Wednesday, July 31 episode of the CBS soap opera, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) came clean to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) about who Tom Starr. Tom died after his performance at Deacon's restaurant. Before his performance, he threatened Poppy to that he was going to tell Luna ( Lisa Yamada) about their past relationship and how he could be her biological father, not Bill.

Poppy confessed to Bill that they did in fact have a relationship together and she believed he could be Luna's father. Bill was stunned by the news and Poppy begged for him to understand.

Surprisingly, Bill was very understanding and told Poppy that he could only imagine what she had been going through. He was shocked that he was not finding out about her past with Tom until now.

He said: "Tom Starr, some washed up, rocked, wannabe, stalking you while you were trying to raise your daughter. That had to be very difficult for you."

Poppy was shocked that Bill was understanding. He even reassured her that Luna was his daughter and that nothing would get in the way of that. Bill was so understanding that the two even ended up in the bedroom together, kissing.

Viewers at home were surprised by Bill's actions. One person on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote: "Was Bill always this dumb #BoldandBeautiful." Another person wrote: "Bill didn't get to be a millionaire by being stupid. Why are they making him stupid? #BoldandBeautiful." A third person wrote: "Bill is not this stupid!! #BoldAndBeautiful." A fourth wrote: "Bill is such a wuss. He should have dumped her on the spot. The real bill Spencer does not condone lies #BoldandBeautiful and things being kept from him what a joke."

While reassuring each other that they're a family, Poppy screamed at the top of her lungs as a mysterious person walked into the bedroom. This could be the same person that killed Tom and Hollis, a worker from Deacon's restaurant.
