USWNT Olympic standings: Americans clinch spot in Paris Olympics knockout stage

The U.S. women's national team has officially wrapped up group play in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games following their 2-1 win against Australia . After three games, the USWNT is undefeated and set to continue their Olympic schedule in the knockout stage.

Wins over Zambia , Germany , and Australia have sealed a match with Japan in the quarterfinals Saturday in Paris. Here's how the standings look after the USWNT swept their first three matches:

The USWNT will make it to the knockout stage as one of the top two teams in Group B. Japan is their opponent as the second-best team from Group C following a 3-1 win over Nigeria.
