    Less than 400 without power in Miami Valley as storms move through

    Power continues to get restored after Thursday night’s storms.

    As of 2:37 a.m., 331 customers are without power, according to AES Ohio’s Outage Map .

    The following outages have been reported:

    • Greene County: 49
    • Logan County: 7
    • Mercer County: 1
    • Miami County: 1
    • Montgomery County: 257
    • Shelby County: 7

    AES Ohio wrote on social media Thursday that over 1,600 customers were out of power due to thunderstorms.

    “We are seeing many down power lines many with fallen trees or branches,” the company said.

    An AES Ohio customer can report their outage here or call 877-4OUTAGE (877-468-8243).

    At this time there is not a significant amount of outages reported by Duke Energy or Ohio Edison customers.
