Protestors attempted to block Taylor Swift from entering the stadium ahead of her show in Warsaw, they are thought to have glued themselves to the ground, according to local reports.

The activists cited concern over Taylor's private jet usage as their motivation, noting that "the richest 1% of people in the world, billionaires like Taylor, are responsible for as much CO2 emissions as the poorest two-thirds of humanity, or 5 billion people," according to a statement from Ostatni Pokolenie.

Law enforcement told TVN24: "Today at around 10:00 a.m. 5 people in orange vests (...) glued themselves to the road at Brama 7 on the corner of ul. Siwca and Wybrzeża Szczecińskiego, which Taylor Swift used to enter the National Stadium for her concert in Warsaw."

The group toted a banner which said, in Polish, "We can't afford the super rich" and sprinkled orange powder around the entrance. Ultimately, the glued protestors were safely removed from the premise.

Warsaw has seen a string of protests in relation to climate change over the past year, including a demonstration in mid-July on Marszałkowska , Świętokrzyski Bridge, and Jana Pawła II Avenue. Then again they blocked Czerniakowska, Wał Miedzeszyński near Siekierkowski Bridge and, most recently, the roadway of Wilanowska Avenue near Galeria Mokotów.

Taylor previously fought backlash after taking issue with a man, Jack Sweeney, who was tracking her private jet location and use. A legal letter sent to the man and obtained by The Mirror states: "We are aware of your public disputes with other high-profile individuals and your tactics in those interactions, including offering to stop your harmful behavior only in exchange for items of value. While this may be a game to you, or an avenue that you hope will earn you wealth or fame, it is a life-or-death matter for our Client. Ms. Swift has dealt with stalkers and other individuals who wish her harm."

Furthermore, he told The Mirror that his "intentions are not to cause harm." Instead, he claimed to be concerned with transparency to the public. Plus, he indicated how she could better keep her travel history private .

A spokesperson for Taylor told The Mirror: "We cannot comment on any ongoing police investigation but can confirm the timing of stalkers suggests a connection. His posts tell you exactly when and where she would be."
