Anthony Edwards flourished in Team USA's final game of group play in the 2024 Paris Olympics, blowing out Puerto Rico in a convincing 104-83 victory to improve their record to 3-0.

Edwards shined throughout the entirety of the contest, scoring a game-high 26 points off the bench. He also tallied three rebounds, three assists, and two steals during his time on the court.

Of the 11 shots he made against Puerto Rico, one of them was a spectacular fastbreak dunk. Intercepting a pass from his opponent, Edwards proceeded to leap in the air and break out a windmill to throw down the ball into the hoop.

The dunk brought fans at the game to their feet, as well as those watching from home as they took to social media to express their amazement at what Edwards pulled off.

It has been a great overall experience from Edwards coming off the bench as a spark plug in a star-studded roster. He is averaging 16.7 points, three rebounds, two steals, and 1.7 assists per game in the Olympics.

He and Team USA will move on to the quarterfinals as they look forward to their next matchup on Aug. 6. Going 3-0 with a positive point differential after outscoring opponents by 64 points, they will have the top seed in Pot D alongside Germany.
