The Las Vegas Raiders are a prestigious franchise and have held that up even through the darkest of times when it comes to the tea,m not having won anything in over 20 years. Yes, they have yet to win a playoff game in 20 years but have managed to keep their reputation and image alive.

They have done that by one, moving to Las Vegas, where they are now in a luxurious location that attracts players in free agency. Two, they have built a new stadium that is state of the art, and one that even other teams are trying to copy, like the Chicago Bears.

They have great ownership in Mark Davis, who is willing to spend money, they care for their alumni more than any other franchise, and it isn't close. And, they do things for their fans all of the time. So, if you ask me, the Raiders carry their legacy well without winning lately.

Some teams don't despite having a great history. One of those is the Washington Commanders Football Team, or whatever their name is. That's a reason why, too, among many others. Davante Adams, the Raiders superstar wide receiver, feels the same way.

"You have the Washington Football Team," Adams started. "Their obviously miserable because their stadium is horrible, and the city is not great at all. I'm probably going to get someone at my front door after this, but that's just how I feel. We are on Hot Ones [Wing Show] so it's raw and uncut."

The thing is, Adams has a point. All you need to do is look at the players grades from the NFLPA to see that, too. The Raiders, on the other hand, get great grades and have a sense of consistency when it comes to the franchise.
