The world’s best 68 men’s and women’s sport climbing athletes will compete at the Olympic Games Paris 2024, from August 5 to 10. Forty athletes will compete in boulder and lead, with 28 men and women competing in speed.
Team USA’s Brooke Raboutou will be looking to reach the podium after finishing fifth in Tokyo. Returning medalist Janja Garnbret is expected to win the gold in women's boulder and lead again. Alberto Ginés is expected to have little trouble defending his gold in the event.
Americans Emma Hunt and Sam Watson are two of the best contenders in the more wide-open speed competitions.
