Jake Shane posted a gross video on Instagram , which left fans stunned.
The Therapuss podcast host stood in the bathroom holding a tongue scratcher which is meant to remove plaque build up. He stuck out his tongue and began to put it against his tongue, attempting to get rid of the plaque. However, he hit a point in his mouth just the wrong way, which spurred his gag reflex to take over.
The TikToker immediately put his hand on his mouth and took a step away from the mirror. "Never tongue scrape while drunk," he wrote on the video and captioned it: "Happy Junday."

Fans were quick to comment on the jarring video with some pointing out how animated the gag sound Jake made was. "Did you sh-rt too?" asked one. Another added: "I can’t even form words to describe that sound you produced."
"It sounded like you projectile vomited and I was so scared," a third chimed in as a fourth said: "lmaooo that was a fart sound." He followed up the gag by stepping away in silence as he reconsidered the situation.
In the video, Jake wore a plain black t-shirt and matching baseball cap which had the letters "TB" embroidered in blue. He also showed off a wrist-full of bands, including friendship and festival bracelets. He added a chain necklace, too.
Fans also laughed along with Jake. "I gagged watchin that," said one. Another added: "The fact that , that was an idea you had."
They also found the moment totally relatable and thanked Jake for his candor. One wrote, "No but this is a mistake I’d have made so I appreciate you taking one for the team so I now know not to." Others said that they have this response to tongue scraping while totally sober.
"ISUSWDUMMWT (i’m so unbelievably sorry why did you make me watch that)," a fan quipped.
More laughed at Jake's facial expressions. "Why did u look at us like we did that to u," said a fan. Another wrote: "The way you looked at it as if it did something wrong."
