With the NFL regular season schedule opening in less than one month, it's time for managers to start their 2024 fantasy football draft prep. One team that has generated plenty of fantasy buzz during the offseason is the Houston Texans. Quarterback C.J. Stroud was outstanding as a rookie in 2023, and the franchise has surrounded him with a plethora of weapons in wide receivers Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell, and Nico Collins, tight end Dalton Schultz, and running back Joe Mixon. Can Stroud challenge Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, and Jalen Hurts for the top spot in the 2024 fantasy football QB rankings? Should any of his weapons be placed near the top of the 2024 fantasy football rankings? If you're looking for 2024 Fantasy football advice, be sure to check out the 2024 Fantasy football cheat sheets from the proven computer model at SportsLine .

Last year, the model accurately predicted that Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would fail to live up to his Fantasy football ADP. Waddle's 2023 Fantasy football ADP was 34.86 overall and he was the 11th receiver off the board on average. He'd go on to notch a 1,000-yard season but only had 72 receptions with four touchdowns and he'd finish as the No. 34 Fantasy football wide receiver in CBS Sports PPR leagues.

The same model has a proven track record providing Fantasy football tips, identifying A.J. Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and nailing Jonathan Taylor's monstrous season in 2021. Additionally, it's called past Fantasy football sleepers like Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.

The model is powered by the same people who generated projections for all three major Fantasy sites, and it beat human experts last season when there was a big difference in ranking. The 2024 Fantasy football PPR rankings and 2024 Fantasy football standard projections update multiple times daily, so you're always getting the best Fantasy football advice and the latest Fantasy football tiers.

Now, SportsLine has simulated the entire NFL season 10,000 times and released its latest Fantasy football cheat sheets 2024 and draft advice, along with its top Fantasy QB, WR, RB and TE picks. Head to SportsLine now to see them .

Top 2024 Fantasy football QB rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top three 2024 Fantasy football QB picks:

    1. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: First, first, second, first -- that's where Allen has ranked in positional Fantasy points over each of the last four seasons. Now with a new cast of receivers surrounding him, Buffalo seems content putting even more of its offense on Allen's arm and legs, which means 2024 could be his best Fantasy season yet.

    2. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Hurts regressed in many people's eyes last year but still finished with the second-most Fantasy points amongst quarterbacks. He set career highs in passing yards, passing TDs and rushing TDs in his "down" year, and it's his ability on the ground which gives him a high Fantasy floor. With 15 rushing scores a year ago, Hurts is the only QB in NFL history with three straight seasons of 10-plus rushing touchdowns.

    3. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs: Kansas City pass catchers led the NFL in drops (44) last year, while having the second-lowest average depth of target (6.2) in the league. Even with arguably the worst group of WRs in the league, Mahomes led the NFL in pass attempts per game. So, one can only imagine what that type of volume could lead to in 2024 after the team upgraded its wide receivers room with first-round rookie Xavier Worthy and free agent signee Marquise Brown. Top 2024 Fantasy football RB rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top three 2024 Fantasy football RB picks:

    1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers: McCaffrey was the top Fantasy running back last year, posting RB1 finishes in more than 80% of his games. He averaged more than 20 touches and 126 yards per game while commanding the most red zone touches among running backs. McCaffrey is in the prime of his career, so an injury seems like the only thing that could keep him from posting another excellent Fantasy campaign.

    2. Breece Hall, New York Jets: The 23-year-old had to recover from a major knee injury prior to last season, but he still finished as the RB6 in Fantasy points per game. Hall led all running backs in targets, receiving yards and receptions, giving him a high ceiling this year. He also receives an upgrade at quarterback in Aaron Rodgers, so Hall is in line for an even better season in 2024.

    3. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: Barkley spent six years with the Giants before moving to a division rival this offseason. He should have plenty of scoring opportunities with his new squad, potentially taking some goal-line touches away from quarterback Jalen Hurts. Barkley played at least 70% of snaps in 11 of his 14 games last season, so he still has what it takes to be the bell cow back in one of the league's best offenses. See more top RBs here .

Top 2024 Fantasy football WR rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top three 2024 Fantasy football WR picks:

    1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys: Lamb finished the 2023 season with 135 receptions for 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns, which made him the only non-quarterback to score over 400 fantasy points in CBS Sports PPR leagues. Lamb was particularly outstanding down the stretch, and should see a massive number of targets again in 2024. The change to Brian Schottenheimer as offensive coordinator was huge for Lamb's production last year, and there's no reason to believe it won't carry over into 2024.

    2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins: When the Dolphins traded for Hill, many fantasy football experts expected a dip in production for the speedy veteran. That couldn't have been further from the truth as the future Hall of Famer has gone over 1,700 receiving yards in both of his seasons in Miami. Hill, who may be the fastest player in the NFL, is a threat to go the distance every time he touches the ball.

    3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions: St. Brown has been proving people wrong since the day he entered the NFL as a fourth-round pick out of USC. In three seasons, St. Brown has totaled 315 receptions for 3,588 yards and 21 touchdowns. He had the best season of his career in 2023, catching 119 passes for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns. With tight end Sam LaPorta and running back Jahmyr Gibbs keeping defenses honest, St. Brown should continue to see plenty of single coverage in 2024. See more top WRs here .

Top 2024 Fantasy football TE rankings

Here's a look at SportsLine's top three 2024 Fantasy football TE picks:

    1. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs: Kelce's run of seven straight seasons with 1,000 or more receiving yards came to an end in 2023, but the future Hall of Famer was still among the most productive fantasy tight ends in the league. The 34-year-old caught 93 passes for 984 yards and five touchdowns last season, which was a step back for him, but still enough for him to be a top-three tight end when it was all said and done. Of all the tight ends in the NFL, Kelce is in arguably the best situation from both schematic and quarterback perspectives.

    2. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions: LaPorta burst onto the fantasy football scene as a rookie in 2023, catching 86 passes for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns. Year two should bring more familiarity with the Lions' system and quarterback Jared Goff for LaPorta. The former Iowa standout also has the benefit of playing in an offense that features playmakers Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jahmyr Gibbs, who will attract plenty of attention from opposing defenses.

    3. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens: Andrews was on pace to have one of the best years of his career in 2023 before an ankle injury ended his season prematurely. In 10 games, the former Oklahoma standout caught 45 passes for 544 yards and six touchdowns. Andrews is set to enter the 2024 season completely healthy and will be looking to reclaim his status as the No. 1 target for reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson. See more top TEs here .
