Bright Eyes have mapped out a major 2025 North American tour in support of their upcoming new album Five Dice, All Threes . They’ve also shared the album’s second single, “Rainbow Overpass.”

The Conor Oberst-led trio is already set to support the September 20th release of Five Dice, All Threes with a handful of dates in New York, Omaha, and California, including shows at Chicago’s Riot Fest and Las Vegas’ new Best Friends Forever Festival . The run continues with a brief, nine-date European tour in November, followed by Bright Eyes’ North American run in early 2025.

The North American tour kicks off in Phoenix, Arizona on January 16th and continues through April, hitting cities such as Vancouver, Seattle, Austin, Orlando, Atlanta, Memphis, St. Louis, Cleveland, Toronto, Philadelphia, Louisville, and many more. The tour ends with an April 26th show in west Des Moines, Iowa. See the full list of Bright Eyes’ 2024-2025 tour dates below.

Tickets for Bright Eyes’ 2025 North American tour go on-sale first via an artist pre-sale going down on Wednesday, August 7th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Bright Eyes’ website . A Live Nation pre-sale is set for Wednesday, August 7th at 12:00 p.m. local time (use access code CHORD or STRUM ) via Ticketmaster . A public ticket on-sale will follow on Friday, August 9th.

“Rainbow Overpass” is the second offering from Five Dice, All Threes , following “Bells & Whistles.” With a good helping of guitar fuzz and vocals from Alex Orange Drink of The So So Glos, “Rainbow Overpass” is a lightly chaotic slice of punk-influenced power pop from Bright Eyes.

“Alex [Orange Drink] and I wrote a lot of the songs together, but “Rainbow Overpass” is the only one he gets [to sing] a verse. He’s kinda like my hype man, getting a little Beastie Boys on the shit!,” said Conor Oberst in a press release. “They grew up on punk rock and the Beasties, so there are a lot of little bursts of other voices. I like that. It creates energy. Sometimes music can feel flat until you get into a live situation, when there’s adrenaline and raw energy. Instead of working in reverse, where that happens as we tour, I was trying to get some of that energy onto the record.” Listen to “Rainbow Overpass” below.

Five Dice, All Threes is Bright Eyes’ 11th studio album, following 2020’s Down in the Weeds Where the World Once Was . In addition to Alex Orange Drink’s appearance on “Rainbow Overpass,” the new album features contributions from The National’s Matt Berninger and Cat Power. Five Dice, All Threes is out everywhere on September 20th.
