U.S. gymnast Simone Biles and her Brazilian rival Rebeca Andrade have been fierce competitors throughout the Paris Olympics. But scores and medals aside, the two have seemingly developed a supportive relationship -- one that fans can't get enough of.

One post on Monday about Biles' relationship with Andrade has garnered major attention on X. The post pointed out how Andrade and Biles have had such pure interactions with one another at Bercy Arena despite neither of them fluently speaking the other's native language.

"Obsessed with the fact that, because Rebeca Andrade doesn’t speak English and Simone Biles doesn’t speak Portuguese, the vast majority of their interactions consists of giggling, enthusiastic nodding," the post's caption read accompanied with a photo of Biles and Andrade sharing a moment.

Biles and Andrade shared a podium four different times throughout the 2024 games.

During the first three instances, Biles was able to get the better of Andrade. The first time was during the team event where the Americans finished with a gold medal, while Brazil landed the bronze. Andrade also later won silver in two individual events -- vault and all-around -- where Biles nabbed the gold.

Despite the American star repeatedly standing in the Brazilian's way for gold, Andrade always made sure to show Biles some major love .

Biles was able to return the favor on Monday when Andrade bested her in the floor exercise event. Both Biles and bronze medalist Jordan Chiles went viral for bowing down to the gold medalist Andrade at the podium.

The two Olympic stars haven't needed to verbally communicate to show respect for one another. What both have been able to do throughout the Olympics has clearly transcended words.
