Team USA men's basketball rolled through Group C in the 2024 Paris Olympics , earning the No. 1 overall seed for the knockout round.

LeBron James had six points, two assists, a steal and a rebound to fuel a 15-0 lead that pushed Team USA to a 63-36 halftime lead over Brazil. James ended the half with 10 points, eight assists, three steals and two rebounds.
Joel Embiid has 14 points and seven rebounds to lead Team USA, which pulled away after Brazil cut a 19-point deficit to eight points midway through the second quarter. Devin Booker has nine points, Stephen Curry seven and Jrue Holiday six.
Marcelinho Huertas hit a 3-pointer and a midrange jumper to cap a 10-0 run and pull Brazil within 40-31. Georginho De Paula also had a 3-pointer in the run.
Team USA has scored the first seven points of the second quarter to open up a 40-21 lead. Anthony Edwards, who has five points off the bench, capped the surge with a 3-pointer.
Devin Booker has nine points and Joel Embiid eight to lead Team USA to a 33-21 lead over Brazil at the end of the first quarter.
LeBron James has scored only four points, but has a game-high five assists and two steals.
