Joanna Gaines is soaking up some fun in the sun with her family and she’s sharing her adventures on social media.
Joanna, 46, shared snippets of her family’s vacation to the West Indies island of St. Lucia in an Instagram post shared on August 4. The whole gang was present including her husband Chip , 49, and their five kids—Drake, 19, Ella Rose, 17, Duke, 16, Emmie, 14, and Crew, 6.
The montage was filled with rare clips of the kids, including moments like Crew full dressed to snorkel with his big brother, a sweet selfie of Joanna and Chip, family strolls on the beach and through the jungle, a waterfall visit and so much more.
The Magnolia founder set the clip to Marc Scibilia’s cover of Coldplay’s song “Clocks” and captioned it, "Fun in the St. Lucia sun," with a sun emoji.
Naturally, fans flooded the comments with love for the family vacay.
"Looks AMAZING, Jo! So glad to see you were able to get away and enjoy some quality time with your family! Much deserved!!! Crew is just the sweetest! Love seeing his curiosity at play,” one person wrote. Another commented,"Wow, what a beautiful family vacation," and a third shared, "Heaven on earth! One of our favorite family vacays!"
Joanna’s been sharing other family moments lately, especially featuring little Crew.
Recently, the mom-of-five shared an adorable clip of Crew belting out a song.
On July 21, she posted a video showing a stormy sky lit up by lightning, with Crew singing, “Whenever the sun goes down, whenever I pray to God.” Joanna's perfect caption? “Crew's sweet little song.”
