Cotton candy burritos are on the menu for Cardinals games at State Farm Stadium

If you love candy and Mexican food … we're still not sure what you'll make of a bizarre new culinary offering at State Farm Stadium this football season.

State of play: Among the new menu options the Cardinals unveiled is a cotton candy burrito. Yes, you read that correctly.

• A photo and video tweeted by team's senior vice president for media relations Mark Dalton shows ice cream with Froot Loops, Fruity Pebbles, M&Ms and sprinkles in a thick wrap made of cotton candy.
• According to Arizona Sports , the concoction also includes gummy bears, marshmallows and Skittles.

• "We're very well aware this is an Instagram world," Craft executive chef Sean Kavanaugh told the Arizona Republic , saying he expects the cotton candy burrito to be a social media hit.

Zoom out: There's plenty of other intriguing new foods at the Cardinals' stadium this season, including Flaming Hot Cheeto chicken tenders, a meatball hoagie on a stick and the dog-a-dilla, a Vienna beef jalapeño cheddar sausage topped with either cheddar cheese, crema and scallions or beef birria, Oaxaca cheese, cilantro, onions, chili, shredded cheddar and diced onions, the Republic reported.
