Bills Receiver Returns to Practice Days After Being Carted Off

Bills Mafia can breathe a sigh of relief after veteran receiver Andy Isabella returned to practice Wednesday. Isabella's return comes days after he was carted off of the practice field due to sustaining a leg injury in Monday's practice.
Isabella was seen on the field Wednesday with a heavily wrapped left leg, but in full pads, according to multiple sources.
Isabella isn't the only injury that the Buffalo Bills have had to deal with during training camp. The team has had a very extensive injury list, especially on the defensive side of the ball, losing safeties Cole Bishop and Mike Edwards for multiple weeks.

Head coach Sean McDermott recently spoke about how the team is fighting through the injury struggles so far in camp.
“Yeah. I mean, you know it’s hard to develop when you’re not on the field," said McDermott. "But we’ll find our way through it. We’ve done it before. You know, full confidence in medical staff to get those guys back as soon as we can. And, you know, we develop the guys that are out on the field, that’s what we do.”
With Isabella returning to practice, the team has at least one name taken off their injury report, and a potential special teams weapon in their upcoming preseason matchups.
Isabella, drafted in the second round of the 2019 draft, is entering his second season on the Bills after previously spending time on the Arizona Cardinals and the Baltimore Ravens.
Bills Mafia will potentially have the chance to see Isabella take the field when the Bills open up their preseason against the Chicago Bears on Saturday.
