AUG 7 THE GOAT In the end, Travis Kelce might be considered the GOAT at tight end.

But the GOAT in the NBA'? The "Greatest of All Time"?

The Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce has his easy answer. LeBron James.

"You already know man, it's all about Bron, man. Northeast Ohio, baby, it's something in the water," said Kelce, who happens to hail from Ohio ... as does LeBron James.

AUG 7 'SOCIOPATH' Former Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh, now back in the NFL as the Los Angeles Chargers head coach, swears he had nothing to do with the Wolverines cheating scandal, insisting that he was taught never to lie, cheat or steal.

Harbaugh therefore is not about to apologize because he said he did not participate in anything devious or illegal.

The most harsh response comes from ESPN's Paul Finebaum, the college football voice.

"I don't know enough about psychology, but I struggle with what is he,'' Finebaum said. "Is he delusional? Is he sociopathic? Is he pathological? I need help because he's one of those.

"He's not normal, but I can assure you of that."

AUG 7 ADAMS LEAD LEAGUE IN YARDS? Davante Adams had a slower season in 2023, as he is one of the only players where 1100 yards could be considered "slow." But this year, many think he could bounce back and make some noise.

In DraftKings Sportsbook's latest odds, Adams has the third-highest odds to lead the league in receiving yards during the regular season.

The veteran wide out did not get as many targets as he would have liked until Antonio Pierce took over the head coaching duties. Now that he is the full-time head coach, Adams could be poised to bounce back and help the Raiders contend with the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West.

AUG 5 TONEY BACK? The Chiefs will have a padded practice on Monday and it appears wide receiver Kadarius Toney, who has been out for almost a week with an ankle issue, might be ready to return.

Toney has experienced an interesting training camp, with coach Andy Reid and staff clearly trying to find a way to utilize his speed in creative ways. Stay tuned here.

AUG 5 C'MON, TROY! Cowboys legend Troy Aikman, in an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, stated the longer this goes, the less likely it is that Dak Prescott will be in Dallas next season. And then he added a doozy ...

As he then compared Prescott’s numbers the last few seasons against three-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs.

“When you look at the numbers,” Aikman said, “if you didn't have the name and you just had the stats. … wins included, you would put Dak Prescott's numbers over the last couple of years along(side) with Patrick Mahomes.”

But, of course, there’s a “but.” And the Hall of Famer Aikman knows it.

And what we know? That Super "but'' means ... everything.

AUG 4 IS THAT JON? Do not adjust your set.

    Or your monitor.

    Or your phone.

Yes, that is "arch enemy'' Jon Gruden at camp all dressed up like he's suddenly a member of the Chiefs coaching staff.

A Raider as a Chief? Is that allowed?

Well, he's certainly not willing or able to be a Raider anymore. You know, those awful emails that in 2021 got him drummed out of Las Vegas and out of the NFL?

So, he shows up at Kansas City camp, and some sharp staffer gives him a wardrobe change. And thanks to FOX4 News we have ourselves some eye candy.

Or eye poison, if you will.
