    Five arrested in Saratoga County after drug investigation

    SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office made five arrests on Monday in connection to a drug investigation. The arrests took place on Arapaho Path in Saratoga Springs and on Rowland Street in the town of Milton.

    Police said they were investigating illegal narcotics possession and sales in and throughout Saratoga County.

    Jesse Spencer, 30, of Saratoga Springs was charged with two counts of criminal possession of
    a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and on count in the fifth degree.

    Harold Kuchler III, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

    Stephanie Fitzgerald, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal nuisance in the first degree.

    Jason Horn, 51, of Milton, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal nuisance in the first degree.

    Keella Weaver, 40, of Milton, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

    Spencer and Fitzgerald were arraigned and released. Weaver, Kuchler, and Horn were arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
