Sharon Springs woman dies in Vermont crash

MARLBORO, Vt. ( NEWS10 ) — Vermont State Police says it responded to the area of Hogback Mountain Scenic Overlook in Marlboro, Vermont for several calls of a pedestrian being struck by a car around 11 a.m. on Saturday. Deerfield Valley Rescue and Marlboro Fire Department also responded to the scene.

Constance Vrooman, 74, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to the State Police. The crash is under investigation.
