    Teens found with a loaded gun were arrested but had to be released due to capacity issues at the juvenile detention center. Also, boats caught fire at a marina on the Mohawk River Tuesday night. This, and more, in your five things to know this Wednesday.

    1. Teens found with loaded guns, arrested and released

    As some Capital Region cities experience an uptick in youth violence, one municipality is having to release juvenile suspects to their parents or guardians because they have nowhere to put them. NEWS10 speaking to law enforcement officials in Rensselaer County to learn more about what is being done.

    2. Boats destroyed in fire at marina on Mohawk River

    Multiple boats caught fire on the Mohawk River Tuesday night. According to fire officials, a docked pontoon boat caught fire at the Mohawk Valley marina, and the fire spread to nearby boats.

    An American flag at the Louis Miller Museum in Hoosick Falls is preparing to be shipped to Prague for a major milestone.

    5. Bankruptcy and debt of Kris Roglieri, Prime Capital

    The CEO of Prime Capital Ventures filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy back in February. Court documents show Kris Roglieri owes just under $3 million to eight creditors. In addition to the bankruptcy case, civil cases detail multiple other plaintiffs who say they did not get their loans after paying upfront interest.
