    Valley Falls man accused of tampering with evidence

    ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — A Valley Falls man was arrested and is accused of tampering with physical evidence. William Bott, 34, faces multiple charges.

    According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Bott is accused of concealing two dogs about to be used in an official proceeding connected to an animal abuse complaint. Deputies say the complaint dates back to May 9 on Brookwood Road in Halfmoon.

    Charges:

    • Tampering with physical evidence
    • Second-degree obstructing governmental administration

    Bott was arraigned in the Halfmoon Town Court. He was released to pretrial services pending further action in the matter.
