According to New York State Police, troopers received a complaint from a Saratoga County Resident on August 14. An investigation found Alvaro distributed intimate images of the victim without their knowledge or permission.

Alvaro was arrested on August 15, but couldn’t be processed at Queensbury State Police due to a medical issue. The next day, police say he arrived at Chestertown State Police to be processed, but authorities saw signs of impairment while he was taken into custody.

Police say they saw Alvaro drive into the parking lot. He recorded a .26% BAC and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was processed for both arrests and issued appearance tickets to return to the courts later. He was released to a sober third party.
