Water main break in Menands

MENANDS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — A water main break on Amsterdam Avenue in Menands resulted in water access in the area being temporarily shut off on Friday. Crews with the Department of Public Works have since repaired the break, and water access was restored by 4 p.m.

Any resident whose water is not clear is advised to run their faucets for several minutes to clear and discoloration.
