CASHTON, Wis. (WKBT) -- The 77th Annual Cashton Fall Festival is underway, running through Sept. 8.

News 8 Now This Morning's Alexandra Carter and Art Jarrett were joined by Phoebe Seay and Vanessa Hankee, the two Princesses of the Fall Festival, to discuss the festivities and how to get involved.

Some events at the festival include a parade, carnival, a pancake breakfast held by the fire department, A 5k run and walk, antique car show, tractor pull and plenty of other community events to enjoy.

Both princesses emphasized the importance of community and showing up to other local events to stay connected with everyone in the region. Their role as princesses also involves representing Cashton in surrounding towns.
