Three burglary suspects from L.A. County were arrested by the Irvine Police after a police pursuit

On Friday afternoon, three burglars were interrupted by a resident inside their home near Small Grove and Ridge Valley , according to the Irvine Police Department .

Responding police officers quickly identified a possible suspect vehicle and license plate.

The Irvine Police Department’s partners at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department located the suspect vehicle in Orange.

When allied agencies tried to stop the car in Garden Grove, the driver fled.

The vehicle eventually stopped in Cypress, where four suspects ran from the car. The driver, Marco Ninovega , 31, of Hawthorne , remained in the car and was arrested.

William Zamora Silva , 23, and John Ibarra , 25, of Los Angeles, were also found by police officers within an established perimeter and were arrested and booked at the Orange County Jail on burglary, resisting arrest, and conspiracy charges.

Ninovega was booked for evasion, burglary, and conspiracy.

The Irvine Police Department believes that this crime may be related to South American theft groups.

The other two suspects were not located after an extensive area search involving multiple agencies and K9 units.
