Step 1Line a 20.5cm square tin that’s at least 4cm deep with baking parchment, making sure excess hangs over the sides. For the base, whizz the biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed (alternatively bash in a food bag with a rolling pin). Pulse/mix in the coconut oil until combined. Empty into the lined tin and press to level with the back of a spoon. Chill until needed.
