    Disney may not be responsible for negligence in woman’s death: Legal analyst | Morning in America

    Disney is arguing a man’s wrongful death lawsuit should be tossed out due to terms he agreed to when he signed up for the Disney+ streaming service in 2019. NewsNation legal contributor Jesse Weber highlights the inconsistencies in the terms Disney claims to force the lawsuit to be handled through arbitration. Weber says a stronger argument for Disney would be to state it doesn’t operate the restaurant where the man’s wife ate food containing allergens and later died.
