    Alec Baldwin ‘Rust’ case back before a judge

    ( NewsNation ) — Criminal defense attorney John Day says it seems vindictive for the New Mexico special prosecutor to once again file charges against Alec Baldwin in the “Rust” shooting case. The judge threw out the case in July “with prejudice,” meaning the charges could not be refiled. Day tells “Dan Abrams Live” the case has become an embarrassment to New Mexico, and there’s no way the judge will reopen it.
