Justin Timberlake had a pricey wristwatch, a vape pen, and over $300 in cash on him when he was arrested on DWI charges on eastern Long Island in June.

Law enforcement officers discovered the singer, 43, holding a vape device, a Rolex watch, a gold band, and a wallet containing $306 in bills when he was arrested in Sag Harbor on June 18, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Timberlake declined to use a breathalyzer after he passed through a stop sign close to the upscale American Hotel, leading to the arrest of responding officer Michael Arkinson at the Sag Harbor Village Police Department.

The "Sexy Back" singer admitted to having just one martini with pals – yet he failed several roadside sobriety tests and exhibited clear signs of being under the influence, such as unstable footing and not being able to follow directions, as stated in the police report.

The former NSYNC heartthrob was supposedly following a woman and her husband back to their home when he was nabbed by the cops.

Despite the couple's efforts to have Timberlake released from the mess, the police made it clear they wanted to arrest him, although they allowed the woman to drive his BMW back.

The legal team for Timberlake has claimed that the woman was intoxicated throughout the evening with the musician and that the police's failure to confirm her alleged intoxication meant they didn't really assess Timberlake's condition either.

Edward Burke Jr., Timberlake's lawyer, has consistently maintained that his client was not intoxicated when he was arrested.

The “police made a number of very significant errors in this case,” he told Page Six.

Timberlake, who is presently touring Europe as part of his global tour, was found guilty of not guilty at his second court hearing last week.

Justice Carl Irace temporarily revoked the license of the father of two's and scolded Burke for making "reckless" remarks regarding the probe.

Furthermore, the judge warned the lawyer about facing a gag order if he persisted in leaking information to the media.
