JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Tioga State Bank will soon be opening another office in Broome County. Tioga State Bank announced on Tuesday that it is building a brand-new office in Johnson City. Thousands of people in the Southern Tier are still without power after a storm came through the Binghamton area Monday night. According to the NYSEG website, as of 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, 1,481 people were still in the dark in Broome County. Chenango County is right behind with 1,454 people without power.

The Hudson Valley has fallen victim to a slew of cyber attacks in recent months, compromising important information from both local organizations and individuals.
