Montgomery, Pa. — Two men were charged after they engaged in a mutually-agreed fight in Montgomery, police said. Brandon Michael Buck, 24, of Hughesville argued with Aiden Elijah Schwenk-Probst, 18, of Muncy near a home in the 60 block of E. Houston Avenue, Trooper Dylan Houser said. Man allegedly rapes, chokes sleeping woman
West Milton, Pa. — A Union County man is accused of raping a woman who fell asleep in a living room. Police arrested Daniel Edward Pendergrass, 30, of West Milton, after responding to the scene on July 14 at a home in Kelly Township. Trp. Brett Harvey of state police at Milton spoke with the female accuser. Harvey noted she had visible red, black, and blue bruises on her neck, face, back area of her neck, and arms, according to the affidavit. ...

Two Williamsport teens and a Philadelphia boy are facing juvenile charges after police discovered they were allegedly involved in several shootings around Williamsport in the past two weeks. According to the Sun Gazette, shots were first fired July 18th in the area of Linn Street in which a car was struck. No injuries were sustained in the next two shootings the first of which was on King Street Monday at about 7:45pm but another vehicle was struck by a bullet during that shooting on Tuesday at 12:45am. After police recovered ballistics evidence at the three scenes, they suspected the incidents were linked and through search warrants, further discovered evidence and firearms from the shootings connected to the suspects. The 16 year old from Philly who was being sought by juvenile probation authorities and he was sent back to the city. The remaining two teens are to be petitioned in juvenile court.
