SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The aftermath of three days of rain was flooded towns, fields, closed roads and damaged property. The National Weather Service said as much as 17 inches of rain fell in Worthing from June 20-22. Eight to 10 inches fell in a broader area that stretched from southeastern South Dakota into northwestern Iowa and southwestern Minnesota.
