NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) – Festivities continue in North Augusta for the annual Nike Peach Jam, bringing basketball players, fans and coaches from across the country.

For day six of the tournament, some of the best high school basketball players were facing off with some big names watching in the crowd.

With the big names on and off the court, fans coming from around the country say it makes it worth the trip.

“It’s great to watch all these players—even like Lebron’s son and all of that. I never thought I’d be able to watch them in person this young,” said Josiah Bailey.

“I saw Lebron’s family, CP3 and his son–it’s pretty cool,” said Anthony Molina.

Many eyes were on the matchup between the Arizona Unity and Team Strive For Greatness (SFG).

The game featuring the number 1 prospect in the class of 2026 in Brandon McCoy Jr. for the Unity, along with Lebron James’ youngest son, Bryce for SFG.

While James is overseas with the National Team for the Olympics, his wife Savannah and daughter Zhuri were in the crowd to watch.

“It’s an amazing feeling. I get to see celebrities, and I get to watch basketball–and I love the sport of basketball,” said Brandon Byrd.

Other celebrities attending were Jessie and D’Lila Combs, who are the twin daughters of famous rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

San Antonio Spurs Star Chris Paul also made an appearance–and for traveling fans, it all makes for a worthwhile trip.

“Man, I’ve seen a lot of them at my other games too. We did so much, but we saw so many people. We saw Rajon Rondo, Ja Morant, Derrick Rose,” Kelijah Carter said.

“It’s just a blessing to be here, bro. Just watching all the players grow up to be a NBA superstar–and probably Hall of Fame–it’s just fun to watch them play,” said Tyrik Holt.

NCAA coaches did not attend Wednesday’s games, but will return on Friday to watch the action.

The Peach Jam continues through this Sunday, July 21st.
