Augusta Animal Services Announces New Adoption Initiative
There’s a new adoption initiative starting at Augusta Animal Services in August to promote finding homes for the many great animals who wind up in the shelter. This will help bring more awareness to the community about the many strays available at the shelter, and also help free up space at the shelter so they can provide help to even more animals.
South Carolina Election Commission to put logo on Coastal Carolina’s teal football field
CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — Coastal Carolina’s distinctive, “Surf Turf” teal field will feature the logo for the South Carolina State Election Commission this season. The school and the organization that administers elections in the state announced Monday that the group’s logo will be displayed on the field at Brooks Stadium.
