Chatham Township Committee to Hold Special Virtual Meeting 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on Colony Pool Repair Design & Sending Out Bids
CHATHAM, NJ -- The Chatham Township Committee has scheduled a special virtual meeting to discuss the design plans for the crumbling walls at the Colony Pool and approve the solicitation of bids for the repair work at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday night. As discussed in prior meetings, the Colony Pool side walls are crumbling and in need of replacement. The Committee requested the Township Engineer develop plans. A draft plan was circulated to the Committee last week, with updated plans provided today. Those plans will be discussed tonight so that we can move forward with the bid process and toward having the work completed in the fall. No decisions have been made at this time. This is a discussion to find the right answer for our community and our Colony members. Registration Open for Piscataway's 1st Townwide Yard Sale
PISCATAWAY, NJ – Get ready to clean out the garage and attic and make some cash. Piscataway’s first Townwide Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th, rain or shine. The free event is presented by Councilmember Michele Lombardi and open to participants living in single-family residential homes. HILLSIDE — In the latest hot spill lawsuit against Dunkin' in New Jersey, a Union County woman claims she suffered severe and permanent burns on her hand due to negligence. Essence Springer bought a hot mint tea at the Dunkin' drive-thru on Liberty Avenue in Hillside on Dec. 17, 2023, according to the lawsuit filed last week.
