CARBONDALE, Ill. — The City of Carbondale Police Department has requested public help finding a young woman missing since Saturday. According to the department, Mandy Pope, 20, of Carbondale, was last seen at about 4 p.m. Saturday, July 20, in the 1000 block of East Walnut Street in Carbondale.
