Public meeting on BGE Brandon Shores transmission upgrade project to be held in Upper Falls
UPPER FALLS, MD—Following April’s virtual session and a May meeting in Perry Hall, another in-person meeting will be held in Upper Falls on Monday to discuss a large transmission upgrade project called BGE Brandon Shores Mitigation. The project will affect Middle River, White Marsh, Kingsville, Fallston, and other areas in northeastern Baltimore County and southern Harford County.
State Police: West Chester man was driving under the influence when he crashed into horse and buggy
PARADISE, Pa. — A Chester County man has been charged with DUI and related offenses after a crash involving a horse and buggy in Lancaster County on Sunday. James Walkergoutal, 27, of West Chester, was driving his Toyota Prius on Lincoln Highway East at 4:16 p.m. when the vehicle crashed into the back end of a horse and buggy carrying eight people, including a 5-year-old child, according to State Police.
