New Art's Bakery location to host grand opening Wednesday. Owners hope to draw eastsiders
Eastsiders, brush your sweet tooth. Art's Bakery's long-awaited second location is ready to open Wednesday at 4625 Buffalo Road. "They used to have a location at the Urbaniaks store," said Art's co-owner Todd Sutton. "But it felt like it was still too far for North East and Harborcreek people. We thought this was the best location to reach the city and the North East people."

PBS to Film Documentary at Chautauqua Institution
Chautauqua Institution will be partnering with PBS to film an hour-long documentary, starting in August. ECAT Hosts Big Art Day for Local Artists
It was a big day for local and budding artists thanks to a collaboration between ECAT and the Grounded Print Shop. The Erie Center for Arts and Technology found 30 artists to work together to carve large blocks that will be used to create four-foot prints. All the pieces were then put together to create one large piece of artwork.
