Wild Center installs Mamava Lactation Pod
TUPPER LAKE | The Wild Center in Tupper Lake became the first establishment in upstate New York to install a freestanding Mamava Lactation Pod. The ADA-compatible pod, installed in collaboration with the Clinton County Health Department’s (CCHD) Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding and Lactation Friendly, NY (BFF-NY) grant, provides chest/breastfeeding parents with a private, clean, and comfortable space to pump or nurse their babies.
