Property transfers: 3 properties sell for $500K or more in western Stark

Three residential properties in Jackson Township sold for half a million dollars or more, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office .

A 1.5-acre property on Dunkeith Drive NW sold for $875,000. Properties on Salerno Street NW and Foxchase Avenue NW sold for $592,500 and $500,000, respectively.

The transfers cover June 29 to July 5.
