Police report: Elyria man who ran from traffic stop had fentanyl pills
Elyria police arrested a man Tuesday after he allegedly ran from a traffic stop and was caught with fentanyl. Tyvez McCullum, 29, of Portia Court, is charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor obstructing official business, according to an Elyria police report.
