An arrest has been made in connection with a shooting that happened in June. Detectives served an arrest warrant in the 7000 block of Birch Ave. in Hammond earlier this week, arresting 35-year-old Darrell Graham from Chicago. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A 33-year-old Illinois man drowned at Rockford Park on Big River in Jefferson County, Missouri. Guadalupe L. Lopez drowned around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, the Missouri Highway Patrol says. Lopez entered the water and went under and was pronounced dead by paramedics.
