Syracuse, N.Y. -- Former Syracuse basketball guard Joe Girard has signed a contract to play in Lithuania for the 2024-25 season. Girard will play for Nevezis in Lithuania’s top league, the team announced. Girard confirmed the news in a text message to Syracuse.com.
