Suspect accused of killing popular Cincinnati area DJ in crash indicted on charges
BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio — A Hamilton man accused of causing a crash that killed a Cincinnati DJ has been indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. Investigators with the Butler County Sheriff's Office said Leodegario Cruz-Ortiz, 22, was driving without a valid driver's license Saturday morning when he crossed the center line on U.S. 127 in Milford Township and slammed into a car being driven by Christopher VanZant of Fountain City, Indiana.
